MID MORNING CONVERSATION WITH

QUEEN AFUA

Oya N'Soro recently had a brief chat with Queen Afua about the importance of cleansing for both females and males. She highlighted a few points of interest in which both sexes could pay particular attention to; it is through incorporating these steps into your daily lives that one becomes the benefactor of a more fruitful existence.

Question:

What should females and males do to prepare their body for this journey into new the New Year both spiritually and physically?

Answer:

I am going to list the answers in five points. Number one is daily meditation to fortify the source. They should begin by breathing in the life force of oxygen properly. Then number two, engage in five-minute fire breaths. Three, utilize blood cleansers and cranberries and beets are excellent in this regard. Particularly for women we should be concerned with womb issues and eliminate dairy and flesh foods. Why? Because they provide nothing but stress to the body and they are extremely toxic. Four, Drink a quart of water daily with lemon or lime juice fresh squeezed. Five eat greens and drink your greens. Another thing that both men and women can do is use the clay packs as laxatives to aid in eliminations. If you eat three meals, a day then you should have three eliminations.

Question:

What about black men and preventing prostate issues, what holistic methods can they utilize to combat this issue?

Answer:

The main cause of male prostate problems is constipation; my clay pack used for 21 days will repair the malnourished colon and any toxicity in the body.

Meditation was Queen Afua's first point of interest and she reiterated the importance of creating a healthy pattern of visualization, which builds upon increasing the length of time spent, reserved in peace and solace. When meditation becomes habitual, one learns to purge impurities from the body with great ease. While in meditation, one should visualize the colors found in nature and the energy of these colors greens and browns. One should visualize these energies flowing both into and out of the body systems.

Queen Afua encourages coupled with meditation (focal point two) the art of breathing for five minutes in what is known as a “fire breathing” pattern. Fire Breaths as defined in Sacred Woman are achieved by “first slowly inhaling four times and exhaling four times. Then when totally at ease, begin to inhale deeply like a pump through your nostrils (mouth closed) expanding the breath down into the abdomen, then back up to the chest, then exhale fully out as your abdomen contracts in and your lungs release your breath completely. Repeat this breathing rapidly, releasing completely in and out.” Beginners are to aspire towards the goal of between 100-150 breaths working their way up eventually to an advanced 1000 times a day.

Her third focal point discussed was the implementation of blood cleansers into the body. She wants us to pay particular attention to cranberries and beets. When skin breaks, it is a signal that your blood is impure and your colon is impacted. So how does one cleanse the blood? Queen Afua urges us to try a mixture of lemon juice or limejuice; cold pressed olive oil and grated ginger mixed with a quart of water to be consumed daily. Cranberry juice and beets help to purge out mucus from the womb which leads to womb stress and toxicity.

The fourth point concerns the consumption of green leafy vegetables in food and juice forms. In the book Sacred Woman, Queen Afua lists green foods that bring divine order to one’s life. She lists food such as spinach which enhances creativity; broccoli and brussel sprouts which enhance physical and mental strength and endurance; turnip greens which restore the blood, clear up eczema, boils, pimples and acne; and dill which rejuvenates bones and removes aches and pains.

Queen Afua spoke very highly about the fifth focal point - Queen Afua’s Rejuvenation Clay. The book Sacred Woman instructs us that by placing the Queen’s clay inside the vaginal entrance for a period of thirty to sixty minutes and then gently washing the clay out with warm water will rid the body of unsightly discharge, cysts, and womb odors. If you do not have the Queens’s clay, a clove of fresh garlic will do the same trick and for you men, using the clay placed over your abdominal area for thirty to sixty minutes followed by washing for a period of twenty-one days will rid you of constipation. Queen Afua asserts that this is the main reason why males suffer from prostate issues -constipation and colonic disorders. She also wants us to avoid dairy foods and flesh as diets heavily influenced by these alternatives produce mucus and in some instances cancerous conditions for male and female bodies alike.

Queen Afua’s Rejuvenation Clay Packs function as laxatives, also for both males and females, in addition to holistically healing both the pelvic and womb areas.
